Miss San Francisco 2009 and Miss San Francisco's Outstanding Teen were crowned on March 15, 2009. Miss San Francisco and Miss San Francisco's Outstanding Teen will spend the year as
San Francisco's Ambassadors.

In addition to being San Francisco's official representatives at the Miss California and Miss California Outstanding Teen competition, they will make appearances on behalf of many charities, sponsors, and civic events. They will also work with a team of professionals on their educational, professional, and personal endeavors.
