Elizabeth Lee Kress, 22, was crowned Miss San Francisco 2009
on Sunday March 15, 2009.
She is a honors graduate of Pepperdine University and hopes to
pursue a career in Marketing.
Kress, a first time competitor, did a popular vocal as her talent.
First Runner Up was Janet Cruz,
Second Runner Up was Alice Pang, and
Third Runner Up was Brittany Goodwin.
Heidi Cheung , 16, crowned Miss San Francisco's Outstanding
Teen. She is a junior at Monte Visa High School in Danville. Cheung
did a classical piano performance as her talent.
Carry Jiang and Emily Su were the other contestants.
Both Kress and Cheung will represent San Francisco at the Miss
California and Miss California's Outstanding Teen Competition in
June.
They will also represent the organization throughout the year making
many appearances for various charitable organizations, civic events,
sponsors, and businesses.
The very entertaining and well produced pageant was hosted by
Crystal Lee, Miss San Francisco's and Miss California's Outstanding
Teen, and Nicole Fox, Miss Hawaii.
Over 18 visiting local MAO titleholders attended the event.

The Miss California's Outstanding
Teen Competition was held June 28, 2008 in Fresno, CA.
Miss California's Outstanding Teen 2007 Jordan Krinke
wason hand to crown her successor.
Crystal Lee, Miss San Francisco's Outstanding Teen,
17, is the new Miss Califoria Outstanding Teen.
The San Francisco native is a junior at San Francisco School of the
Arts.
Crystal performed ballet en pointe for her talent.
The first runner up was Alissa Anderegg,Culver City (Vocal)
Second runner up was Hilary Haskell, Orange County (Piano)
Third runner up was Sharon Kong, Placentia (Comedic
Monologue)
Fourth runner up was Katie Rose Cunin, Sacramento (Vocal).
The
